The total surface area of the apartments in this category is approx. 100 sq.m (not including balcony). They are located on level 11 (edel tower) or level 7 (weiss tower). Four units of this type are planned.The apartments are divided into three bedrooms (master bedroom with freestanding bath-tub), one large living room with pull-out sofa, eating area and fitted kitchenette, two or three bathrooms with bath-tub/shower, a separate daytime WC and a large balcony.
There is also the option to have the apartment divided up into two bedrooms, one study and one smaller living room.
